Services
Two core services — one focused on individual engineering leaders, one on the organisations they lead.
For individuals
"The best leaders I've worked with didn't have all the answers. They knew how to create the conditions for others to find them."
Most Senior Engineering Managers and Tech Leads are promoted because they were exceptional individual contributors or strong team leaders. Very few are given the tools, space, or support to develop as leaders of people and organisations. This is where I come in.
I work 1:1 with Senior Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and emerging engineering leaders who want to lead with more clarity, confidence, and impact. Drawing on 10+ years of engineering leadership experience across Booking.com and Marktplaats/Adevinta, I offer a practical, honest coaching relationship grounded in what actually works.

What you can expect
Engagements typically run 3–6 months, with fortnightly 1:1 sessions. I work with a small number of clients at a time to ensure each engagement gets the attention it deserves.
Let's talk →For organisations
"The best engineering organisations aren't built by accident. They're designed — deliberately, collaboratively, and with a clear theory of how people and systems work together."
Engineering organisations going through growth, M&A, or strategic change face a specific set of problems: misaligned teams, unclear operating models, delivery that doesn't match ambition, and leaders who are stretched beyond their support systems. I help leadership teams diagnose what's actually happening — and design the conditions to fix it.
With a background spanning Booking.com, Marktplaats/Adevinta, and high-growth start-ups, I bring direct experience of building and scaling product engineering organisations at pace. I work as a strategic partner — not as someone who drops in with a slide deck and leaves.

Every engagement starts with a conversation. If there's a fit, we'll design something that makes sense for your context — not a packaged solution.
